The Modular Homes project (Business Unit K2115193) involves the purchase of eight homes to assist families facing homelessness, burnout, or overcrowding. This project is being executed in two phases; the first four homes were purchased on March 20, 2024, for $466,836.00, while the chapter awaits a second disbursement to begin the final four. Current activities include regrading roads for delivery and site preparation, with the first two homes scheduled for delivery to community members between May 20 and May 24, 2024.

Regarding the Truck and Trailer project (Business Unit K2115195), the purchase has been successfully completed. Funded with an award of $123,801.65, the truck was purchased on March 5, 2024, followed by the trailer on March 12, 2024. This equipment will be utilized within the Dennehotso Chapter boundaries to assist community members by transporting heavy equipment, such as a backhoe, for essential services including fixing roads and preparing gravesites.

The Warehouse project (Business Unit K2115191) is currently in the development phase with an allocated budget of $1,267,000.00. Once completed, the facility will serve as a distribution hub for essential COVID-related supplies like food, sanitizers, and blankets, as well as a community space for meetings, receptions, and graduations. Implementation is being handled by LAMB, and current unplanned activities for this period include clearing the designated area for the building and meeting with the contractor for progress updates.
